Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused,  unworn,  and in their original packaging.  To be legible for a return,  your football gloves must be in new condition with all original tags and packaging included.  If you ordered the wrong size we are happy to exchange your gloves within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.  If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.  We will work quickly to replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.  Please include photos of the product and packaging when contacting customer support.  Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.  Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.  The following items are not eligible for return or refund.  Gloves showing signs of use during games, practices, or training.  Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.  If you have any questions regarding returns,  or exchanges, or refunds,  please contact us and our team will be happy to assist you.
