We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cold Grip.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your football gloves must be in new condition with all original tags and packaging included.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, we are happy to exchange your gloves within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photos of both the product and its packaging when contacting customer support.

Once verified, we will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Non Returnable Items

Returns and refunds are not accepted for:

• Gloves showing signs of use during games, practices, or training.
• Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.
• Original shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
