ORDER PROCESSING

 

Orders are typically processed within1-2 business days after payment is received and verified.

 

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

SHIPPING RATES

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customers's location and selected shipping method.

 

Promotional offers for free shipping may be available from time to time and will be clearly indicated on our websight.

Expedited Shipping 2-3 business days (if available)

ORDER TRACKING

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active .

SHIPPING DELAYS

Cold Grip is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Weather conditions, Carrier service interruptions , incorrect shipping address provided by customers, natural disasters, holidays or peak shipping seasons.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately.  Once an order has shipped , we are unable to make changes. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or re0shipped packages.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Cold Grip is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If you believe your package has been lost please contact the carrier directly and notify our customer support team.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can assist you with a replacement or claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their county.  Cold grip is not responsible for customs delays.
